Auguste Comte on the individual and society

TOPIC: Explain and discuss the following:
Each of us still feels order dominated by mathematical-astronomical, the physico-chemical, and vital order. But a deeper appreciation shows him as a last yoke, not less but more invincible editable result of all static and dynamic laws specific to the social order. Like all other this additional fatality is first felt to us by its results, then by his intellectual influence, and finally its moral supremacy. Since civilization has really emerged, everyone has acknowledged that its own destiny is physically linked to that of all his contemporaries, and even his predecessors. The proudest day dreamer can not ignore the influence of time and place on individual opinions. While everyone may further alter his affections and his thoughts, he readily acknowledges the dominance of its own moral state the general nature of sociability corresponding. Thus, in all aspects, since social change is quite pronounced, the man feels subordinate to humanity. Although this continued dependence of the individual to the species is empirically significant since many centuries, its influence systematically demanded the discovery of sociological laws.
